I rate this site as dis-credible because the author has little factual information to back up his theory that the WTC buildings' collapse was a controlled demoltion by the US government. The author has not background, ecucation, or understanding of the sciences involved in understanding what he is talking about, and he only offers his opinions as facts.

I chose this site because it is authored by experts in the fields of architecture, demolition, and the sciences involved in the destruction of the WTC buildings. This page provides a debunking of the common conspiracy theories relating to the 9/11 disaster.

From reading the page, this company is biased and wants a lot of upfront costs in renegotiating mortgage financing. Also, they try to hide these costs. You really don't know who you are dealing with. After reviewing the site, it did not pass my checklist.

This website is credible because the fees, and lender is provided on the front page. After reviewing this site, it passed my checklist.
